Guests have private access to the entire first-floor unit through a separate entrance with convenient self check-in using a keypad. You'll also enjoy exclusive use of the front porch, private screened porch, and access to the shared backyard patio. Free street parking is available on Monroe Avenue and nearby side streets. Please do not park on Fig Street. Our local co-host is available before, during, and after your stay to assist with any questions or needs, helping ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable visit.

Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. * Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided for your enjoyment. Please remove excess sand and return all beach equipment before departure. * Please be respectful of our neighbors and leave the home in the same condition you found it. By completing your reservation, you agree to these house rules.
